Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program with exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group ABA treatment under supervision.
• Record accurate data on patient progress and outcomes.
• Incorporate supervisor feedback into each session.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
