Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders seeks qualified Behavior Technicians to implement ABA programs under supervision. Roles require providing direct treatment in various settings including center, home, school, or telehealth. Applicants should have a high school diploma and pass CARD training; ASD experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program with exam and field evaluation.
• Experience with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings under Clinical Supervisor.
• Maintain CARD clinical quality standards in all treatments.
• Collect and record patient progress data with high fidelity.
• Incorporate Clinical Supervisor feedback into sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
