United Therapy Center (UTC) in Riverside, CA is hiring a Behavior Technician to support individuals with autism through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You will implement BIPs, use DTT and Naturalistic Teaching, and collect data while communicating professionally with clients and families.

Paid training is provided, with a part-time schedule and a flexible, on-site work environment. Mileage reimbursement and comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and TB test required.

Responsibilities

• Implement Behavior Plans (BIPs) developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Apply behavior-analytic strategies such as DTT and Naturalistic Teaching.
• Collect data accurately and submit session notes per UTC policies.
• Provide positive reinforcement and professional communication to clients and families.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, and caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Address challenging behaviors per individual plans and training.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Participate in required training and ongoing education.
