Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Background check and TB test required.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Implement Behavior Plans: Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Behavioral Support Strategies: Utilize behavior-analytic strategies (DTT, Naturalistic Teaching, Reinforcement) to support clients.
• Data Collection & Documentation: Accurately track client progress and submit session notes.
• Client Engagement: Provide positive reinforcement and professional communication to encourage skill development.
• Collaboration: Work with BCBAs, therapists, and caregivers for consistency across settings.
• Challenging Behaviors: Manage behaviors per plans and training.
• Confidentiality & Professionalism: Adhere to HIPAA and professional standards.
• Ongoing Training: Participate in training and education opportunities.
