Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Experience with autism/developmental disabilities preferred.
• Background check and TB test required.

Responsibilities

• Implement Behavior Plans per BCBA guidance.
• Use DTT, Naturalistic Teaching and reinforcement strategies.
• Data collection and progress documentation.
• Engage clients with positive reinforcement and professional communication.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, therapists and caregivers for consistent intervention.
• Address challenging behaviors per plans and training.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct (HIPAA).
• Participate in required training and continuing education.
