United Therapy Center (UTC) seeks a part-time Behavior Technician in Riverside, CA to support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You will implement plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs and caregivers to promote growth.

No experience? Paid training and mentorship are provided. The role offers a flexible schedule and growth opportunities within UTC.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• RBT certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Pass a background check and TB test is required.
• Reliable transportation to client locations is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Implement Behavior Plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Apply ABA strategies like DTT and Naturalistic Teaching to support clients.
• Accurately collect data and submit session notes per UTC policies.
• Provide positive reinforcement and professional communication to clients.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, and caregivers for consistent interventions.
• Manage challenging behaviors per individualized plans and training.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Participate in required training and continuing education.
