United Therapy Center (UTC) in Riverside, CA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities through ABA frameworks.

You will implement data-driven behavior plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors, therapists, and families. Paid training, flexible schedule, and benefits accompany this hands-on role in a growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Implement Behavior Plans: follow BIPs developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Data Collection & Documentation: track client progress and submit session notes.
• Client Engagement: provide positive reinforcement and professional communication.
• Collaboration: work with BCBAs, therapists, and caregivers for consistency.
• Challenging behaviors: address according to plans and training.
• Confidentiality & professionalism: maintain HIPAA standards.
