United Therapy Center (UTC) is hiring a Behavior Technician in Riverside, CA. You will support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities using ABA techniques under the supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Background check and TB test required.

Responsibilities

• Implement Behavior Plans per BCBA guidance.
• Use DTT, Naturalistic Teaching, and reinforcement techniques.
• Data collection and session notes per UTC policies.
• Engage clients with positive reinforcement and professional communication.
• Collaborate with BCBA, therapists, and caregivers for consistent intervention.
• Manage challenging behaviors per plans and training.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Complete required ongoing training.
