Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to implement ABA programs under supervision in diverse settings, including CARD centers, patients’ homes, schools, and via telehealth.

We offer strong training, career growth from BT to advanced roles, weekend/holiday pay, and BCAT certification paid. Flexible part‑time options are available with supportive supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass initial CARD Behavior Technician Training program, including exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients under supervision in 1:1 or group settings.
• Record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Implement treatment per Clinical Supervisor feedback during sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
