Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1, home-based ABA services under BCBA supervision. You will implement treatment plans, collect progress data, and train families to carry out strategies in daily routines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Experience supporting children with behavioral challenges or ASD preferred.
• Reliable transportation and HIPAA/confidentiality awareness.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in the home implementing BCBA-designed behavioral plans.
• Collect data to monitor progress and efficacy of the treatment plan.
• Support BCBA by training families on how to implement plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Assist with activities to keep pace with children aged 2–15 years.
