Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join a flexible part-time team providing 1-1 ABA services in home settings for children from birth to 21. You will work with BCBA supervision, implementing treatment plans and collecting progress data while engaging families in the process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• HIPAA confidentiality awareness and strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Physical activities with children aged 2-15 during sessions.
