Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 ABA services in clients' homes, working with BCBAs to implement individualized plans for children from birth to 21 years old.

Positions offer flexible part-time hours, paid training, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team focused on making a positive impact on families dealing with autism spectrum disorders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or other developmental disabilities is preferred, though training will be provided.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.
• HIPAA confidentiality and professional discretion required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementation of treatment plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors and other parties.
• Assist with physically active sessions and adapt to children's movements.
