Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1, home-based ABA support for children on the autism spectrum. You will work with BCBA to implement treatment plans, collect progress data, and train families on strategies in a home setting.

This role offers flexible hours and a chance to make a meaningful impact on families and children. The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and creativity to engage clients aged 2–15, with opportunities for growth and compensation

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Prior experience with children preferred.
Experience supporting children or adults with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
Exposure to ASD or developmental disabilities is preferred; training provided.
Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
Ability to maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and company policies.
Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment outcomes.
Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
Assist with mobility and safety during sessions (lifting and moving as needed).
Other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
