Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team for in-home, one-on-one ABA services with children ages 2–15. You will implement treatment plans designed by BCBAs and collect data to track progress, while supporting families in applying strategies outside sessions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided.
• Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment effectiveness.
• Assist BCBA by training families to implement treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Assist with physical tasks during sessions to keep pace with children.
