Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 ABA services in clients’ homes under BCBA supervision. You will support children on the autism spectrum, delivering treatment plans in a compassionate, team-driven setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children and communication skills preferred.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and company policy.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with clients in their home implementing behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Train families on implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with physical activities as children move during sessions.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by BCBA/LBA.
