Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1-1 ABA therapy in clients' homes, under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, monitor progress, and help train families to implement treatment plans.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, child-focused environment. Part-time after-school hours offered with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or ASD preferred.
• Reliable transportation to sites.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home implementing behavioral plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors and others.
• Follow safety and activity guidelines while engaging children aged 2–15.
