Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide in-home, one-on-one behavioral therapy under the supervision of BCBAs. You will collect data, support families, and help implement individualized treatment plans in a home setting.

This role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a treatment team. Flexible, part-time hours and paid training are offered to support success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or other developmental disabilities is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided.
• Reliable transportation with ability to commute to assignments.
• Maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information (HIPAA).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results of treatment.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Assist with activities requiring physical effort and movement with children aged 2–15.
