Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide in-home 1-1 ABA services for children from birth to age 21. The BT supports BCBA-directed treatment plans and collects progress data in a flexible, part-time setting.

The role emphasizes strong communication with families, reliability, and teamwork in a dynamic home environment, with paid training and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with children and families.
• Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance.
• Able to work in a fast-paced home-based setting.
• Capable of following BCBA-directed treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment effectiveness.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with physical activities during sessions with children aged 2–15.
