Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to join a home-based treatment team that supports children with autism aged birth to 21. BTs work 1-1 with clients, implementing plans designed by a BCBA and collaborating with families to reinforce learning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children or behavioral support preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and policies.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans.
• Collect data to monitor progress and outcomes.
• Support families with training on treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Engage and keep pace with children aged 2–15 during sessions.
