Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our growing team. BTs provide 1-1, home-based behavioral treatment in partnership with BCBAs for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21.

The role offers flexible part-time/evening hours, paid training, a supportive team environment, and competitive compensation. You’ll work with families and supervisors to implement plans and track progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Training provided for ASD and related needs.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on personalized plans.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Assist with keeping pace with active children during sessions.
