Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team for in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy with children aged 2-15. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA guidance and help families apply strategies daily.

The role offers flexible part-time hours, paid training, and a supportive team environment, with opportunities to grow and positively impact families affected by autism spectrum disorder.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or developmental disabilities is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided.
• Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on the treatment plan.
• Support families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with physical activities as children move during sessions.
