Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children from birth to 21. We are seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team for in-home, one-on-one treatment in partnership with BCBAs.

The role offers flexible part-time/evening hours with paid training, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to positively impact families and children with autism. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Experience supporting children or adults with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or developmental disabilities is preferred, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of the treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with physical activities to keep pace with children aged 2–15.
• Other tasks as outlined by BCBA/LBA.
• Fixed schedule Monday–Friday 3pm–7pm; some weekends.
