Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization dedicated to delivering ABA services for children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians to work 1-1 with clients in home-based settings, partnering with BCBAs to implement treatment plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• HIPAA confidentiality adherence.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Ability to work in home-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report the treatment plan results.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
