Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA treatment plans across multiple settings including CARD centers, patients' homes, schools, or via telehealth. This role reports to the Clinical Supervisor and offers growth opportunities within a mission-driven organization.

Requirements include a high school diploma and CARD training; ASD experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass initial CARD Behavior Technician Training program with exam and field evaluation.
• Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group treatment to CARD patients under supervision.
• Record and review data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Implement feedback from Clinical Supervisor during sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Represent CARD professionally and adhere to policies.
