Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA treatment under supervision. Roles include 1:1 or small group sessions across CARD centers, patients' homes, schools, communities, or via telehealth, aligned with treatment plans and HIPAA compliance.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma and training through CARD, with ASD experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program with exam & field eval.
• Experience with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 or small group ABA treatments under supervision.
• Record and review patient progress with high fidelity.
• Follow clinical supervision feedback to ensure quality of care.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and professional conduct.
• Work across settings including center, home, school, or telehealth.
