Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is hiring Behavior Technicians to implement ABA treatment plans under supervision across multiple settings (center, home, school, telehealth). The role emphasizes data collection, confidentiality, and compassionate patient care in a mission-driven environment.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, complete CARD training with an exam and field evaluation, and ideally some ASD experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings.
• Meet CARD clinical quality standards in treatment.
• Collect and record patient progress data with fidelity.
• Implement supervisor feedback during sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
• Support ongoing clinical excellence and growth.
