Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services to CARD patients and families. Positions may be based in the CARD center, homes, schools, or telehealth, with schedule flexibility and growth opportunities.

Applicants must have a high school diploma, pass CARD training with a exam and field evaluation, and be able to work with individuals with autism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program with exam and field evaluation.
• Experience with ASD preferred.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients 1:1 or in a group setting.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review and implement Clinical Supervisor feedback during each session.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality.
• Represent CARD professionally and ethically to stakeholders.
• Adhere to CARD policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
