Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) seeks motivated Behavior Technicians to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment under supervision. Roles include working in CARD centers, homes, schools, and via telehealth to address skill acquisition and behavior reduction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program with exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients under the Clinical Supervisor in 1:1 or group settings.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Maintain records and comply with HIPAA requirements.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Adhere to CARD policies and deliver care that meets clinical standards.
