Job summary

United Therapy Center (UTC) is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician in Riverside, CA. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect data, and provide clients with supportive ABA strategies to foster development and independence.

Join a team focused on growth, receive paid training, and work with BCBA supervision, therapists, and caregivers to ensure consistent intervention across settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Background check and TB test required.
• RBT certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement Behavior Plans under supervision of BCBA.
• Apply ABA strategies to support clients’ skill development.
• Collect data and submit session notes per UTC policy.
• Engage clients with positive reinforcement and clarity.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, and caregivers.
• Address challenging behaviors per behavior plans and training.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct per HIPAA.
• Complete required training and ongoing education.
