No prior experience in behavioral health is required; we provide paid training and opportunities for growth while helping families achieve meaningful milestones in communication and independence.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred.
• Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Support ABA-based client sessions 1:1.
• Document progress and skill development.
• Promote development of essential skills during sessions.
