Job summary

Caravel Autism Health seeks dedicated Behavior Technicians to support children on the autism spectrum through ABA-based programming and progress documentation. No prior behavioral health experience is required; paid training to become an RBT is provided, with full-time hours and comprehensive benefits.

You will work 1:1 with clients, implementing treatment plans, and helping develop communication and independence in daily activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in psychology, education, social work, or related field.
• Experience working with children with special needs preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 client sessions and implement ABA-based targets from individualized treatment plans.
• Play and encourage learning activities to build communication skills and independence.
• Document progress and support development of essential daily living skills.
