Job summary

Caravel Autism Health in Dyer, IN is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with autism using ABA-based methods. No prior experience required; paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and opportunities for professional growth.

As a full-time BT, you’ll work 8:00 am–6:00 pm, participate in 1:1 sessions, document progress, and help clients develop communication and independence, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.
• Availability to work full-time between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Experience with children with special needs is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA-based services in 1:1 client sessions.
• Assess client interactions, document progress, and track skill development.
• Promote communication and independence in daily activities.
• Support clients according to individualized treatment plans.

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field (preferred)
