Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to support children on the autism spectrum at our Wisconsin centers. You will help implement ABA-based targets, observe progress, and promote communication and independence in daily activities.

Paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and full-time benefits including 401(k) matching, PTO, health options, and eligibility for mileage reimbursement and referral bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Availability to work full-time between the hours of 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Centers may be open Saturdays for make-up sessions.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred.
• Experience with children with special needs preferred.
• Must be 18 or older and obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist children with ABA-based targets under supervision.
• Document progress and promote development of communication and independent daily living skills.
• Engage clients in 1:1 sessions and reinforce skills per individualized treatment plans.
