Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) to support children on the autism spectrum with ABA-based interventions. BTs will collaborate with the team to implement individualized treatment plans and document progress, while participating in paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

The role is full-time, 8:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with some Saturday sessions as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.
• Availability to work full-time 8:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday–Friday (Saturdays for make-up sessions).
• 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA-based instruction to clients.
• Record progress and document outcomes.
• Assist in building communication and daily living skills.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
