Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children on the autism spectrum with ABA-based interventions. You will participate in 1:1 client sessions, document progress, and help build essential communication and independence skills.

No prior behavioral health experience is required; paid training is provided to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). The role offers full-time hours and a path for professional development within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.
• Availability to work full-time 8:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday–Friday.
• Experience with children with special needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform behavior analytic based activities in 1:1 client sessions.
• Help build communication and independent daily living skills.
• Document progress and maintain treatment plans as directed.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field

High school diploma or GED
