Caravel Autism Health is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to support children on the autism spectrum through ABA-based sessions. You will conduct 1:1 interventions under supervision, help clients build communication and independence, and document progress in individualized plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured 1:1 client sessions.
• Assist in ABA-based sessions and document progress.
