Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking Behavior Technicians to support children on the autism spectrum using ABA-based approaches. No prior behavioral health experience required, with paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Position is full-time, with hours 8:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday–Friday; centers may have occasional Saturday make-up sessions. The company offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Availability to work full-time between 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with children with special needs preferred.
• Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Play and encourage learners while incorporating targets from each client’s individualized treatment plan.
• Document progress and assess client interactions during sessions.
• Facilitate communication and develop independence in daily activities.
• Provide 1:1 client sessions and support behavior skill development.
