Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to support children with autism using applied behavior analysis (ABA). You will conduct 1:1 sessions, implement treatment goals from individualized plans, and help clients learn communication and daily living skills under supervision. Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist.

No prior experience in behavioral health is required; 7:30 am–4:30 pm schedule with possible Saturday centers to accommodate clients.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children with special needs preferred.
• Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.
• Availability to work full-time 7:30 am–4:30 pm, Monday–Friday (some Saturdays for makeup sessions).

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 client sessions using ABA techniques.
• Assist clients in developing communication and daily living skills.
• Collect data and document progress on individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with team to support client goals and progress.
