Caravel Autism Health is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to support children on the autism spectrum using applied behavior analysis (ABA). You will help build communication and daily living skills while documenting progress and promoting independence.

Qualifications

• Availability to work full-time between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday–Friday (some Saturdays for makeup sessions)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred
• Experience with children with special needs preferred
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA sessions with clients
• Document progress and update treatment plans
• Promote development of essential skills and independence
