Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 specialized treatment in home-based settings under BCBA supervision. This role offers flexible part-time evening/afternoon hours and paid training, with a focus on meaningful impact for children with autism.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills. Training is provided and compensation is competitive to reflect experience and commitment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior experience with children is preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or other developmental disabilities is preferred; training provided.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations is required.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality and document accurately.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Engage children with active, age-appropriate activities during sessions.
