Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will work one-on-one with children in their homes, implementing ABA plans under a BCBA supervision.

This role offers flexible part-time/evening hours, paid training, a supportive team, and opportunities to grow with the organization. You’ll help families and contribute to meaningful outcomes for children on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Reliable personal transportation to commute to locations.
• HIPAA and policy confidentiality must be maintained.
• Strong communication and ability to follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and applicable parties.
• Physically keep up with clients during sessions (ages 2–15 years).
