Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1-1 behavioral treatment in clients' homes under BCBA guidance. You will collect data, monitor progress, and support families in implementing personalized plans.

Ideal candidates are passionate about helping children, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, with reliable transportation and strong communication skills. Part-time evening/weekend hours available, with competitive compensation and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable personal transportation and HIPAA confidentiality compliance.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and perform physical tasks as part of sessions.
• Compensation ranges between $20 and $30 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plans.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Perform physical tasks during sessions to assist children aged 2–15.
