Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 ABA treatment in home-based settings with clients aged 2–15, under BCBA supervision. This role focuses on implementing individualized plans and collecting progress data to inform treatment.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist clients with activities requiring physical effort during sessions.
• Perform other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
