Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services (BTS) seeks entry-level Behavior Technicians to support children with autism and developmental delays in in-home or clinic settings, offering 2–3 hour sessions from 2–8pm, part-time. This role emphasizes developing communication, social, and daily living skills through structured activities.

You will work 1:1, implement BCBA-designed plans, track progress, and communicate with families.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience working or volunteering with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• RBT/BCAT/ABAT preferred, or completed ABA paraprofessional training.
• Must be 18+ and reliable with ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support to build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress accurately.
• Communicate regularly with families to provide updates and support.
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions.
