Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring part-time Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children at home, clinic, or school. Shifts 12-8pm, Monday–Friday, with 2–3 hour sessions tailored to your availability.

You’ll support children in communication, problem-solving, and social skills while training and growing toward RBT certification. In-home and clinic settings offer flexibility and impact.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience working or volunteering with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain RBT certification within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 behavior support through structured activities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.

Skills

Experience with ID (6 months)

Education

RBT certification (preferred)

ABA paraprofessional training certificate (RBT/BCAT/ABAT) training
