Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services Inc. in Lathrop, CA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to support children with autism or developmental delays. You will engage in 1:1 sessions in home, clinic, or school, building communication, social, and daily living skills through structured activities.

We offer entry-level opportunities and pathways to RBT certification. You’ll receive training, supervision, and a flexible schedule that fits 2–8pm shifts.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: psychology/education-related studies.
• RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification or ABA training certificates preferred.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.
• Must be 18+ and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support through individualized activities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress accurately.
• Communicate with families to provide updates and support.
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions.
