Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients in home and community settings, helping individuals develop communication, social, and daily living skills under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

You will travel between client locations, receive paid training and mileage reimbursement, and enjoy benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Plus one of the following: college coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or related field OR at least one year of experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, Behavioral Interventionist, Paraprofessional, Child Development Professional, Camp Counselor, or similar child-focused role

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills
• Support positive behavior development
• Record session data and client progress
• Create engaging and structured learning environments

Hourly Pay: $24 - $27
