Qualifications

• Special Education Certification or equivalent is required.
• Experience with behavior management strategies preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with school staff and BSEL team.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 behavioral interventions and act as first responder to incidents.
• Deliver push-in classroom services and model behavior management strategies.
• Support the implementation of PBIS and school-wide expectations.
• Collaborate with BSEL team to develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans and analyze behavioral data.
