Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Model evidence-based behavior supports with students.
  • Coach and consult with staff and administrators on behavior supports.
  • Identify, acquire and organize resources for students and staff.
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to drive positive changes.
  • Collaborate with Child Study Team and teachers on problem-solving processes.
  • Identify escalation and implement de-escalation strategies.
  • Minimize exclusionary discipline by targeted interventions.
  • Monitor staff fidelity to Behavior Intervention Plans.
  • Observe interventions for procedural accuracy.
