Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, is seeking a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support students with intensive behavioral needs in K-12 settings under an IEP. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to implement behavior plans and document progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Experience implementing behavioral interventions for students with intensive needs.
• Emotional consistency and resilience to handle stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Support students with diverse backgrounds in classrooms and school sites.
• Monitor and document behavior and progress toward goals.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Apply PBIS strategies and site incentive programs.
• De-escalate and assist in crisis management when needed for safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for differentiated support.
• Communicate with parents regarding student progress.
